    Had a very nice brunch with my son. Service was very good. One of the better ones.

    Took forever to get seated. my husband had to go to the back (because he seen people peeking out looking at us with multiple seats available) to find someone and ask if we had to seat ourselves the wait was that bad on a rainy morning. But the food was good and the server was ok so it made up for the start.

    Nice place to eat the staff is friendly and helpful. The food came out in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this place as a good eat.

    What can I say, IHOP is you typical fast food breakfast restaurant. Similar to saying Red lobster is the McDonald's of sea food. Sure there are better places or there to eat breakfast but if you are in the mood for different varieties of style pancakes then IHOP it is.

    Went for dinner. One adult and 2 kids ate for $18 +tip. Great deal for great fun food. Fast service. Clean bathroom and tables. Quiet at that time of day.
