Red Lobster

Portions seem smaller than usual, and the prices went up. Less food more money. The taste was acceptable but not what I was use to from before.

Food was exceptional. Atmosphere was great. Wait staff was phenomenal.

Every time I go, the service is beyond exceptional; such welcoming and friendly staff members who strive to make your dining experience as best as possible. Of course the food is always incredible and the atmosphere is clean and organized. Great place!

This is the closest Red Lobster location, so I have frequented it a few times a year for the last 5 years or so. While the food is always excellent, this is a location that really tends to fall flat with customer service.

However, when I came along with a party of 7 on 01/10/18, I was in for a surprise. Our waitress (Heather T., as it says on the receipt) was exceptional. She was attentive, friendly, and patient. Even though one of our orders came wrong, she noticed it immediately. Before I could even say anything she was getting us the correct order. I was very happy with my service as well as my food (which is always delicious) and I look forward to coming back to this location more often. Clearly with this waitress, they are turning over a new leaf!
