Though they're always packed (and rightly so), the food is certainly worth the wait. You don't even feel like you're eating fast food! Service is far above and beyond, perhaps the most kind servers you'll ever meet!

It was alright!. What I don't understand Is why this place is always busy!. The food taste good but not that crazy to be making such a big line on drive thru or inside. What I really recommend is the lemonade. Is was very good.

The staff goes out of their way for customers. I witnessed 1st hand the extra care & attention given to 2 very special customers who frequent that location often. Everyone greeted them & gave them extra special attention to help them order their food at their table. It is so awesome to see people treating people that they do not know with such respect and concern. I had to call and commend them on such a great job. Keep up the good work. We need more people like the staff at this location in the world!!!!

The staff is friendly and helpful. Once came in when it was busy and they handled it very well and fast. I was glad to know that when there was a mistake with my order the manager came to help us and make sure we were taken care of. Great place to dine in, take out, and overall be at. Keep up the great management !

Love this place, so glad it’s in NY now. One of the best customer service places I have ever had the privilege of visiting. They are nice and attentive every time I have come here and that’s about once or twice a week for the past eight months. The food was always good except for one time where my chicken was a little hard. But that was one time out of many. Staff is very warm and have always given me the best customer service possible. My coworker came here once and got the wrong order but the staff was very nice about it and went above and beyond to fix the problem. Highly recommended
