I stumbled upon this please On New Year’s Day. You don’t find this quality on Long Island too often. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly the food was excellent. exceptional bagels Soups and salads. I will definitely return and recommend.

I’ve been here on a few occasions now- and I have two things to say. One- the food is pretty good. That being said, it’s only good when the order is right. On two of the three visits they got my order wrong and while they were kind to give me a free treat, I’d really just prefer the order to be right. The vibe is very cool, chic and clean. Prices are just above what I’d expect, but not bad. I want to like this place more, they just need to get better at paying attention to detail.

I initially went to IT BGL with my family when they first opened thinking we found our new bagel spot. It turns out it’s so much more— they have the best pizza we’ve had on Long Island. It seriously reminds us of Italy. They put so much thought into everything at the restaurant. From the highest quality ingredients to the beautiful decor. Whenever we have a free night, we head to IT BGL for one of their delicious salads, a kick a** pizza and some red wine. Our favorite dishes are the Kale, Caesar, the Grain Bowl, and any signature pizza. We always end every meal with dessert and their Bunchkin doesn’t disappoint. You can go for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great music, friendly staff and just delicious food! Enjoy!!!

We have a cool.new intimate spot to savor a bagel. Cant do that at any other local hyperactive bagel mills in the area. This is the kind of place oyster bay needs.

The best bagel and salad I’ve had in a long time!! I ordered the Love You Lox and the Kale salad. The lox and bagel were perfect. The bagel was soft and flavorful and the salad was amazing. The kale was the perfect consistency and seasoned perfectly! My 2 year old couldn’t get enough. We can’t wait to go back.
