    Ordered online for a delivery, had some logistics issue so they called me, left a detailed message of the issue, and when I called back Robert was very helpful in reaching a resolution for the best delivery results. As a small buisness owner that kind of effort goes a long way

    Was able to get the hubby a post leg day breakfast that completely changed his mind on what a good bagel sandwich is, and he's been raving about it ever since! I loved having a tofu spread option instead of dairy cream cheese which is never an option back home in New England. I always heard New York water bagels were where it's at and now we're true believers because of Beyond Bagels!

    I made an order on door dash but when I received it I noticed something wrong. When I called the store to see if there was any chance to fix they were more than happy to help. They provided great service
