hands down best TSC on the island...and I've been to a bunch. Always clean. Food always well made. Ordering through the app.... always ready on time. And the girls who work at this location are legit the nicest, friendliest, most professional employees. I get it... it's just a smoothie shop, but they actually do their job and customer service skills are A+. I've never once had a bad smoothie here, never a wrong order - every wrap, sandwich, bowl, etc. made is on point. Far more than I can say for the Merrick location which hires 17 year old girls with attitudes, who'd rather play on their phones, screw up orders, and give attitudes to customers when you order more than one thing. Makes you wonder who the hell is hiring people over there. They don't even know how to make the wraps and smoothies right. I know a handful of people, including myself who have walked outta Merrick before due to how unprofessional the employees were. Bottom line - if you're craving TSC...go to the Syosset location.

I have been to multiple Tropical Smoothies on Long Island, and I've never had an experience quite like this one. I went into the Syosset location last week, and had the pleasure of being served by a staff member named Johnny. I would assume he is one of the managers, because he was in a black polo shirt. He was so knowledgeable about the food and smoothies, very friendly and professional. I always get the same thing, every time I go to Tropical Smoothie (Sunrise Sunset) and at this particular visit I wanted to switch it up. Johnny saw I was undecided, and recommenced the Detox Island Green, and I loved it!

Full disclosure. I am a tropical smoothie fiend. Ive been to every Suffolk establishment atleast once. The level of service I get here and the attention to detail they place on my frequent custom modifications is flat out impressive. I often order for Vegan co-workers and I have peace of mind knowing that they listen closely and get the order right so I wont hear it in the office. It gets crazy during lunch time but you should plan your time accordingly.
