(October 9, 2017, 6:19 pm)There are very few places in New York City where you can have a beer outside in such a pleasant environment - watching people and dogs walking or jogging along, and just beyond them, boats going by. It's expensive - $10 for a 20 oz draft beer (though two people could split it); and on a recent cloudy afternoon, the service was very friendly and competent, and the bar not too crowded.
