Food was ok wasn’t at all what I expected. The oxtails could’ve be seasoned at bit more. The s customer service was blah.

I am not a buffet person but I was in the area for work and needed something inexpensive and fast without it being fast food. If that's what you want this is the stop to make in the area. Overall 4 stars for real food with good service at a very clean location at a great price. My rating is broken down as follows:

5- Price $6.95 plate they weight just incase you over pack your plate which is understandable.

4-variety of salads (iceberg, arugula, tuna, macaroni, etc), sides (yams, corn, greens, string beans, mashed potatoes), entrees (ribs, chicken-fried/curried/ barbecued, oxtails). Plus more.

4- service they did their job no complaints.

3- food taste average nothing exceptional but it's real food fast and not franchise food.

5- it was very clean and it has a rest room in the back that was clean too. They works came by twice to check on the cleanliness when I was eating.

Jacobs is always on point from oxtail to okra and fresh fruit. Yummy yummy. Can get expensive cause the food is heavy but always worth it.

Very good atmosphere. Plenty of stocked trays for take out! Hot food, plenty of food! Very nice workers, cool peeps. Very chill atmosphere . Food is decent, its cooked well and is a little healthier!
