Very good beers here. Service was good. Ambiance was good. Food was average. All in all a good experience.

Exquisite German cuisine which I’ve been reliably assured is authentic. Warm atmosphere with exceptional decor gives the restaurant a wonderful feel. A little more expensive than I would usually like, but well worth it as a treat.

Last restaurant standing! At one time the neighborhood was full of German restaurants. Now sadly there's only Heidelberg. Luckily they continue to serve delicious German food and remain very popular. Let's hope this continues for years to come!

Fantastic food and great atmosphere. True German restaurant with authentic dishes and beers. Excellent service. Price is not cheap but worth every penny. Go here with friends and you won't be disappointed!

Heidelberg is authentic German cuisine on the upper east side. The restaurant itself has a cozy, rustic, and well... German feel to it. Go ahead. Close your eyes and pretend you're in Germany. The food is a bit pricey but it is excellent, and in general the portions are very large.
