It was an absolute delight to join Michael-Ann for a wonderful taste of ocean. The food was delicious and the seafood was very fresh. We had her seafood menu including: salmon sashimi, ceviche, tuna tataki, and salmon poke over cauliflower rice. We had great conversation over wine, music and again, great food; she shared her cooking journey and we watched some of her videos. I strongly recommend Michael-Ann's class for either a romantic date or just friends gathering. She was a great host.

My friend and I attended Michael-Ann’s new seafood class last weekend, and it was amazing in every sense, a feast of seafood, knowledge and laughter.

The night was more like an interactive dinner. We tried her new winter menu, four courses of fresh and delicious seafood. Michael-Ann also shared with us her secret recipes and tips about choosing fresh and quality seafood product and how to prepare and cook them.

We had the class at her lovely studio and watched her clips of the new episodes. Everything was so perfect!

Lobster 101 hosted by Michael Ann Rowe is a great learning experience as well as alot of fun. The food was delicious. Michael Anns presentation and energetic personality makes for a very enjoyable evening. I can't wait for the next event!

Having Michael-Ann come to my apartment and lead a seafood cooking demonstration was one of my favorite activities of 2017! It was engaging and educational - but most of all it was FUN! Can't wait to do another one!
