Friendly staff, awesome veggie burger and tasty fries! The Arlo, very quiet and cozy, and pleased on a few bitter cold nights in downtown Manhattan! Thank you so much!

Ask for Grace, Patrick and Alejandro and you will be happy. Excellent people, delicious food and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend Harold's.

The food is good. Fried Chicken is really good. Three stars because the service is poor. When it first opened there seemed to he good morale. Now there is barely eye contact or any attention paid to customers. This could be poor management and will hopefully get better. I'll change my rating if so. I stay at the Arlo hotel so I frequent the restaurant but now just do takeotak.

Good atmosphere, nice wait staff and good food. Went for lunch and was very satisfied. Hamburgers are a must try.

Every bite was delicious, from the cheesy corn biscuit to the deviled eggs (with bacon!) to the exquisite fried chicken. Service was efficient but friendly. The setting was very nice and includes a small outdoor courtyard where we ate at a shaded picnic table. The surprise dessert of a miniature soft ice cream cone was the perfect end to fabulous lunch! P.S. I recommend splitting a “Meat + Three” entree ($33) between two people - otherwise it would be too much food.
