Great BBQ Japanese restaurant. The meat tastes great and cooking on your own makes everything even better.
Japanese barbecue restaurant run by Japanese - al la crate menu options available.
The food is pretty good - really loved the bibimbab. The set menus are slightly small so order more if you were planning to have that.
Service was great and was able to cater to our requests.
This place was a lot of fun. The staff was really helpful and nice. We were able to take out time without feeling any pressure to give up our table.
Really awesome place. I think the meat is better quality than Gyukaku. Slightly more expensive, but if you go during happy hours, you will get to have a better deal.
I think I would come to this place again because the atmosphere was very cozy and we had a great time trying the different meat menu they have. They serve some rare meat from the cow. The one that surprised me the most was cow cheek and tongue. They tasted excellent though. Happy hour food and drinks continues till 7pm on weekdays.
Just finished dinner there and I’m drooling over the photos again. This time I ordered Kalbi with Tare (sweet marinade), thick cut beef tongue, mushroom and lettuce. The taste and quality of meat are awesome, which make me feel content after walking in NYC showers. Wish I can try more variety next time :3
