Trading Post

Through Foursquare we discovers this place. It was a hot New York summers night and we sat outside. Instantly we got that New York vibe and this was also thanks to the very nice food and wine that accompanied. Definitely a place I’d go back to when I visit New York again

Good mix of people and reasonable prices for cocktails. Staff is nice and friendly, atmosphere a bit too dark. All in all a good place to have a drink or two

This place is a bar first, restaurant second, but ask for a table away from the screens and the ambiance cannot be beat. The noise is low enough to have a pleasant conversion. Then there's the food... vegetarian options exist, but are sparse, other than that point, the food is absolutely on point, and the service even better. This evening, I had their Wild Mushroom and Barley Risotto, which was an amazing compliment of flavors. My wife went with this evening's scallop special, served over Brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes. She was gushing about how good it was all evening. This is a really great place to bring old friends or a new date for an expensive but amazing dinner.

Food was good and drinks were okay. I like the atmosphere a lot. The bartenders were cute and very welcoming. Good atmosphere to hang out with friends. Music was a bit loud however, perhaps that should be made aware. Overall had a great time there.

Trading Post was very nice. The decor is lovely and atmosphere comforting. The service received was perfect, the waiters were nice and just the perfect amount of attentive. The food was delicious!! I will be returning and I would recommend.
