    I wasn't able to visit a HSB restaurant in NYC but, I checked this one out. I had some delicious sambar vada from here. There were very few people during my visit. So, my order was served in a few minutes. Pricing was moderate. They are one of the best brands that offer authentic vegetarian South - Indian food. I'd recommend this one if you're looking to try some.

    Review is for the cart near 55 water st.

    Nice Veg food-My fav ones are planedosa, 12 pc mini idli, Vada, chapatti-veg, masala chaas, mango lassi, mango rasmalai, Elaichi rasmalai(try it). (yet to try other menu items)
    Staff is very friendly and quick.
    Go before 12:15 or after 12:50 to avoid long queue.
