Sugar Factory Upper West Side

Decided the sugar factory was a must and came on a busy night and were seated in the bar. We only wanted drinks so it was perfect for us. The food did look lovely mind! We had a cocktail which was pretty expensive at $30+ but it was a great experience! My partner also had a strawberry milkshake which was an impressive size! Would definitely return again.

Lives up to the hype and I can see why celebrities love this place! Excellent for a more upscale type fun place to go with friends or to have celebrations. The location was great and the interior of the restaurant was so cute! It had a candy store vibe but with the classiness of a NYC restaurant. They had a great menu and the goblet is worth the money because its all part of the signature Sugar Factory experience. Definitely grab a souvenir rubber ducky on the way out! Plenty of opportunities for pictures and is so fun. The food was prepared well and the servers were sufficient. Reservations make life so much easier so definitely prepare ahead of time because they're always busy. Definitely coming back for more!

Very cool place for kids to have a nice time while the parents can be off the the side. Parking was not much of an issue. Plenty of local garages. Do be careful about which garage the sugar factory validates and which it does not. Otherwise you will dropping 45$ to park your car.

Adult drinks are pretty cool looking. Likely get diabetes if you manage to get drunk off of them but that’s the point of going so enjoy!

Burger with the plantains was really good, fries were good. My sister ordered the shrimp crepe and didn't like it. Shrimp were tiny. Server was kind but not so attentive because he had way too many tasks taking care of. Had to wait like 15 minutes for the check. The to-go box tiny as ever. Drinks were really good.

Bottom line: Food good, service not so attentive ????

Great tourist attraction. The staff is friendly, but the food comes out very slow. The drinks are very pricey, and full of sugar. They are not that strong, but it is all about the presentation, and experience. Great to take pictures with your smokey drink. All the food items are good, and the desserts are amazing.
