The register service was quick but the wait was too long to pick up your order....never the less..The food was good and less expensive then most places in lower Manhattan

Great burgers and amazing sides. For $10 you can get a decent sized burger and 2 sides. The corn was amazing, while the onion rings I had were so-so. Only minor complaint was that sauces were extra unless you get the chicken fingers. Overall great though!

I lover burgers. Period. As a self-identified burger aficionado, I can say that Thunder Bun has some of the best burgers I've had in a while. Despite the location, Thunder Bun's burgers a lot more affordable than most others put there. Today I had their Sweet Heat and Buffalo Tofu sandwiches and I gotta say that the Buffalo Tofu has me sold on crispy tofu (not a tofu fan). I definitely look forward to coming here again! Great prices and AMAZING burgers!

The truth is, it's not hard to find a satisfying fast-food style burger any more. What sets Thunder Bun apart is their excellent sides. Choose a sandwich (I recommend the cheeseburger or the spicy chicken) but be sure to get the charred broccoli, the corn esquites, or the kale salad - all are fantastic.

The name is a bit unfortunate and might make you think of a forgotten James Bond villain, circa 1965. It's worth looking past it.
