Harlem Tavern

Hosted a Birthday celebration with 15 friends. The staff is amazing! They made sure all were happy, when we had to move out seating around to accommodate our group they gave each of us a free shot...BUT it was extremely cold for those not seated close to the one heater in the entire place. Seems short sighted not to invest in several heaters for the colder months when you know the area is not well insulated. It was embarrassing to have people sitting in their coats the entire evening! Guess we’ll come back in the summer!

Its a lively and energetic scenery to partake in. The food is fantastic and adventurous. Everything I've tried on the menu in infallible. So many delicious treats and good bar service. I highly recommend.

Great food and great vibe. My server was really cool also. I forgot his name but he wore these very distinctive glasses.

It's a great venue with a really nice vibe. Watch out if you're vegan though, not many options. *But*, extremely attentive wait staff and generous happy hour prices while being conveniently proximal to both Columbia U and the c B and C lines. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!

One of my absolute FAVORITE places to go for happy hour!!! Amazingly priced drinks. Fantastic food. The truffle fries are TO DIE FOR. I always go with either the veggie burger with cheese or the fish and chips. Both fantastic.
