    From the second you get to the front door top rated customer service and accommodations. Rooms were well maintained and spotless. Will be back.

    The Mark is a five star establishment on the Upper East Side. You can expect a great experience here. The butler service is very attentive and professional here. This is a place to see and be seen. The suite was well appointed with a kitchenette and everything in order.

    Lovely, Classic and Time honored hotel in a very convenient upper East Side location. Away from the hustle and bustle of your typical iconic hotels and well maintained luxury. Outstanding rooms with unparalleled service from doorway to exit. A great place to call home when you are away from home.

    The best hotel around !!! Phenomenal rooms that are gorgeous, pristine, and quiet with stunning views. Great staff who are attentive and never rude. And last but certainly not least, The Mark has a fantastic restaurant that is not to be missed
