Just ordered 4 noodles, scallion pancakes and dumplings for my daughter and her roommates as CNY dinner.
    1. Delivery time is on time. You have to reasonable and have a good estimate. I called during their off business hours and ask usually how long it takes for dinner delivery. I ordered at 6pm and got delivered at 7pm. Exactly as what it should be.
    2. We are Chinese and we know if the food is American Chinese food or authentic ones. My daughter said they are good and the portions are huge. All of them love it.
    3. Email and order online are better. I ordered two orders separately within 20 min difference. I called and no one answered as said on the reviews. So I emailed them to combine two orders into one delivery and they did.

A delicious spot for a cold day. I got the Spicy Cumin Beef Soup for ribbon noodles. My favorite part was the noodles, of course, but the soup was a hearty serving with bold flavors. It can be spicy so be careful if you are sensitive to spicy foods. There wasn't much beef but I could look past that for the other flavors. A small but mighty place.

Brilliant and authentic Northwestern style Chinese food. The lagman and ding ding noodles are really well made and always cooked consistently. So often noodles are really just sauce delivery devices but these noodles stand up to being eaten by themselves and really add to the dishes.

    Also their dumplings are impressive.

While cooking at home is always preferable, lets be honest, sometimes you want home style food that is just faster and good and easy. If you live in Harlem...Handpulled Noodle needs to be on your slate.

I love hand pulled noodles. Watching them being made is a big part of the fun. I like the food (the Noodles) here but wish I had a better chance to see the noodles being tossed in the air while being made. It's a quaint and small place with good prices and food. Gets busy and the line forms as soon as you enter so it can be hard to get a menu while waiting. Fun all the same.
