Locksmith Bar

Love going to locksmith ! Recently went there with a friend for lunch and had the kick smith burger with avocado and yucca fries and it was absolutely amazing ! They also have a good selection of beer. I usually only go at night for great company and music but might try to change it up and go during the day more often

A mix crowd with white, Latinos a couple of blacks. I went on a Friday night. Seems like a in-crowd with groups of people that all know each other and some regulars. Definitely a millennial crowd with a hint of Williamsburg posh. The crowd was well put together with good-looking men and females well-dressed. Plenty of eye candy.
The bar was split into two sections with TVs insight every angle of the bar.
The music genre hopped as you would expect uptown but the hip-hop a genre which I love was solid. I dance to 4 songs straight which never happens uptown. I was impressed.
Fairly priced relative to uptown. With a plethora of imports to choose from.

The atmosphere, was great the people were friendly, but the food, what I had wasn't great. I had a Turkey burger it tasted like there were fillers added, I had no bread but it taste like I did. I was told that they puree the Turkey meat, I was like what the flim flam. I don't know about anybody else, but I want to taste my ground Turkey burger and chew it. Drinks are great.

By far one of the best bars in NYC. The staff is very professional. The food menu is well rounded. There is always a great vibe and their selection of DJs is impeccable. Highly recommend for a Friday or Saturday night out. As with all NYC neighborhood establishments it can get crowded so it is important to get there early (10pm) if you are looking to avoid a line.
