Average but not exceptional service. Sandwiches disappointing but scones and petit fours were good. White tea was tasty.
Had afternoon tea there. It was a luxurious atmosphere and very expensively decorated. However, it was much too expensive for what you receive. Unfortunately, the Ritz is banking on its name for the value and not the quality (or quantity)you should receive.
I recommend it only for a special occasion...some you do once to say you've done it.
It was an amazing experience. High tea was amazing!! The food and the service was simply perfect, especially Kabir was very attentive. Highly recommend it.
