The ambiance was perfect. We went on a Sunday afternoon. We found the menu options refreshing and exciting. It's definitely not your corner deli. They even had gluten free vegan bread... it was a treat for me. We ordered an egg skillet, and avocado turkey sandwich, their chicken soup, and a waffle. They were all excellent

We went with my son who is severely allergic to almost everything. So he usually can't join us in a meal. Arthur, our server, was super attentive to us. He inquired about our son's allergies and came back multiple times with suggestions on what they might be able to serve my son. It's not often that we find someone who goes out of his way to make my son feel included. I cannot thank him enough for that.

Our server, Arthur, was amazing! We were visiting Battery Park and randomly stopped here. My youngest, my son, has severe allergies and he can't normally have anything at restaurants. Arthur came back a few times to see if he could have an item. Finally, he found a juice. He also gave us an idea to try buckwheat on him; something we haven't yet tested him with. That extra attention and care made our day. Plus, our food and coffee was delicious! Highly recommend this place!!!

Great food, friendly service; slightly frazzled due to surprise influx in customers. Bread basket (comes with hazelnut flute - dont forget to ask if they don't include it!) is great, so are pastries! Quiche portion was small relative to price.

It's nice but SUPER SUPER SUPER SLOW. been waiting almost an hour for a quiche. What the heck!!!
UPDATE: The owner contacted me and adjusted things. As long as you don't have to wait too long this place is great!

Delicious food and coffee. The pastries and cakes are fantastic. Friendly staff. Fast attentive service. Reasonable prices. Clean and we'll managed. What's not to like.
