McDonald's

It's a McDonald's, I suppose. The food is how you'd expect from a McDonald's. It does look nice after the renovation, I'll note. However, when using the ordering console (robot?), the table markers are never there, so we have to mark it as "to go" every time.

Sometimes you might catch some homeless having a meal but I've never had a problem with them. The lines get a bit long during rush hour so don't rely on this place if you only have a 30 minute lunch period. They just recently installed the kiosk which makes ordering more efficient in general and they usually have the place very clean. This location is 24 hours so great for those late night gatherers. The food itself is produced to what you would expect from any McDonald's. No under par and they have a variety of seating areas for those with special needs.

It's a McDonald's. Very busy but they seem to move people along. Food came out hot which was a nice surprise. Good value.

I take my 3 year old here on occasion to get his favorite plain cheeseburger happy meal.

They recently put kiosks to put in the orders yourself.

Regardless of how insistent I've been about making sure it's listed as a plain cheeseburger through a cashier or kiosk, there have been times when the order still comes with pickles, onions, and ketchup :-/.

The great thing about having the kiosks now is that cashiers are more available to provide customer service & correct the order.

Morning coffee is always super hot & fresh & very affordable! But...best part of the visit is always the service! That morning crew at this 71st & Broadway Upper West Side McDonalds is always on point! Very fast, attentive, polite, and pretty darn happy most of the time! Especially this gal Griselda Paula, always always always asking me how I'm doing & smiling & making me feel at home in the neighborhood especially when I was the new kid on the block in this neighborhood. At least Griselda always remembered me and said hello in the mornings! Thanks Sis-Star, you're Amazing! Keep smiling, it's working it's magic more than you may know! -Anthony V.
