Chill, relaxed place with tasty food and good beer. I am Austrian and was craving some traditional middle European dishes and I could find it here! We shared the duck and the Gulasch - both very good! Also the service was swift and very friendly. I will definitely come back. Recommended!
I always enjoy to eat here as it is an unique place in the UES for it being the only Bohemian restaurant in the close vicinity.
They have a decent food selection and also tasty national/ethnic dishes to offer...
Service could use a little bit of improvement as they tend to forget to check on you or your drinks; but can be argued as the place always gets suddenly packed and they end up understaffed.
Also, for some reason-- they are always out of mashed potatoes which come with the schnitzel dish and are sort of meant to be with it.
Truly authentic Czech restaurant. Great food and very mediocre service giving priority to their regular guests over you. Which is a true expression of a Czech restaurant. Definitely a place to stop by.
