Before I even knew what Ital is vital meant, this was the very first vegan spot I ever fell in love with. The food does not disappoint. Flavorful and exciting. Totally worth the trip.

Wholesome place, great atmosphere, authentic people serving great tasting vegan cuisine. Not a fan of the soy products, but they have so many other options that it's not a hassle deciding which dishes to choose from. Always recommend it to my friends and family. And I always return!!

They moved a short distance from its original location. I Love fooling my mind & palate. I have the tofu-chicken teriyaki. The curry chick peas the tofu chicken drumstick. New careful tho. your food is weighed. $$$$ Good food. Get you an ital- jockey drink. Good for the Drive, I don't mean the ride home either.

This Restaurant located in the heart of Harlem prepares food that is entirely vegetarian and vegan. It also has a great organic juice bar and nice dessert selection.

Uptown Veg also prepares dishes for catered events. I always use their service for events that I produce.

The food, generally enjoyed by all the attendees-- vegetarian & non- vegetarian, often attracts new clients, including non- vegetarians to the Restaurant from these events.

I enjoy referring people to Uptown Veg. It's My feeling that it is probably one of the best priced quality eateries around, and the staff, including the owner Dave, is also great!

This place is so good. It’s my favorite spot ever. I bike here from the east village just to have some cake. The customers are all smiling and the people who work here really make this place special. The chocolate cakes are heavenly. The Oreo cake is amazing but my favorite is the Death by Chocolate. Sorry for the photo but I was in the middle of crushing it. So good. I’m always happy.
