Went to dinner Tuesday 22nd Jan, BEST ETHIOPIAN MEAL EVER any where and service was unbelievable GREAT VALUE GREAT FOOD GREAT PEOPLE if you are in America or even UK and want an Ethiopian meal travel to here. Thank you
We went here for the first time and it was clear before we even got our meal why nearly every table was taken - the aromas of the cooking food were heavenly and the food was even better. I can't believe it's taken us so long to come but we will definitely be back. Also, the portions were generous and we went home stuffed, with leftovers. If you're thinking to check this place out, don't hesitate any longer. I just wish we had gone sooner!
Great food, warm family atmosphere, coffee is great too! A little pricey but worth it. Share a dish ;)
Love the vibe with great local art on the walls for sale. Place is small but good service. I like how they make scramble eggs. Baklava also tasty not too sweet. Also liked the beer.
Mildly seasoned, sensibly portioned dishes; not ideal for anyone who has never had Ethiopian food before as the staff does not volunteer much information about the food. Gomen (collard greens) unlike other Ethiopian variations I've had, these were more blanched than sauteed down which allowed them to keep much of their own natural flavor and crispness.
