Gallow Green

Lovely rooftop in the summer - there are other rooftops with much better views of Manhattan, but the ambiance here is great with lots of fairy lights and greenery etc. The food is pretty good - I had a great salad but was very envious of everyones pizzas as they looked delicious.

Definitely book in advance as the queue for those that hadn't booked looked really long and depressing (also make sure you don't end up in this queue if you have booked!).

Gallow Green was our favourite restaurant of our whole trip. This incredibly cool, trendy, shabby-chic rooftop restaurant offers diners brunch every Sunday. For one price you can eat as much high quality food as you like - I was full to bursting by the time we left, and that takes some doing. The salmon and hog roast were mouthwatering.

Gallow Green offers something for everybody, whether vegetarian or meat-eater. Everyone is catered for.

This venue is the definition of trendy, without being pretentious, yet still feeling warm and welcoming. Everything from the furnishings to the well rehearsed live band just feels relaxed and natural without overthinking.

If ever I was a resident of New York, I'd make Gallow Green my 'local' - the place I regularly visit with my friends and family to eat, drink, chat, laugh and connect.

Words can't express how much I love this place a+. Went in early October , so there was a chill in the air perfect not to cold .
The lavender drink is called " The Sleep no More ???? absolutely delicious. Be careful they sneak up on you. A must visit .

Great rooftop bar with live music located near the end of the highline park.

Drinks were reasonably priced and tasty. Can't go wrong at all. Staff knows what they're doing.

Though, it can be a bit crowded at times. Can you blame them for having a successful business?

Great ambience. Beautiful spot for a good weather evening. Tasty drinks, on the small size. Fun small plates. Loved the veggie platter and dips - tasty, unique veggies artfully prepared and presented.
