(January 15, 2019, 6:32 pm)It’s hard to find high quality food in this specific area of the UWS but Arco is a hidden gem! Go for the gnocchi with mushrooms and pancetta. Cozy, comforting, quiet, and service is friendly. Definitely not buzzy or exciting but perfect for a low key dinner.
