Claudio Pizzeria ( 10th Ave)

Very good authentic New York style pizza..Definitely not among the best(lack of wood or coal oven probably contributes partially to this,) but surely better than average. I had a half pepperoni half cheese pizza. The crust was excellent and sauce very good. It was baked perfectly. The pie could've used more pepperoni though.
It's a bit expensive but is to be expected due to the area.
The owner is typical old-school brash and funny guy which added to the authentic pizzeria charm of the place.

By far one of the best pizzerias in NYC. The taste, freshness and quality of the ingredients in each slice sets this pizzeria apart from the rest. I have been coming back here every time I want to have a quality slice. They have recently renovated the look of the pizzeria to a rustic look which makes it even more welcoming and warm to stay in and enjoy a nice slice. I have brought many friends and family every time they visit from other states so they could try the best in NYC and they do not leave dissapointed. The staff is very welcoming as well as the owners. I would totally recommend this pizzeria located in the heart of Hells Kitchens. A quick walk from the Port Authority and the ferry for all those commuting from NJ or other parts.

Best NY style pizza I've ever had hands down. They have a great variety of pies and their new Diavolo pizza is a wonderful addition. Everything they serve is fresh and tastes amazing, and their newly renovated space makes anyone's typical NY pizza run a more enjoyable one. Service is great coming from the folks there, which is a huge plus and makes this establishment a true Hell's Kitchen gem.
