Raclette

This place was amazing! The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly.. I recommend you make reservations if you are planning on going or you're in NYC just for vacation. The wait time can be long if you don't plan ahead. But if you have to wait, do so... It is definitely worth it!

Pros: A great and absolutely delicious experience. I went for the first time a week ago and found the food to be exquisite and definitely worth the wait.

Cons: I was put on the wait list for table for over an hour. When I finally was told I had a table I had to wait an additional 30 minutes by the entrance since apparently people were not leaving their tables. After finally making our way to our table we were rushed to sit down and didn't even get the little flower pot in the center of the table. The waitress took ages to come by and overall the service could be a lot better.

This place is simply amazing. My wife and I sat in the exact same seat as we did last year and it was like nothing changed. The food is exceptionally well prepared, the staff are kind and attentive, and the cheeses are thoughtfully paired with your meal. We've gone to many different restaurants and have had meals that cost triple the price with 1/2 the quality. Raclette is a gem of NY and should be experienced by everyone who loves cheese and quality food and service.

Cutest location but very small restaurant. Came here around lunch time and service was quick. Food was delicious but a bit salty per my preference. Had the Suzy, would recommend. The server came around if you wanted more cheese added for no extra charge.
