    Loved their cozy space and the lamps. Loved the manto, kebab and biryani. Portion sizes were good and the place is halal.

    Owner was also nice. A favorite in Hell’s Kitchen.

    Ismar has kept his restaurant a gem for the 3 decades I've been in NYC. Best Pilaus this side of Kabul! The meats are extremely high quality.

    Great family business, the interior is homey and intimate. Grilled meat is great so this place is not recommended for vegetarian diets, we had the combo platter.

    Regular since 2004. If you like good meat, this is the place. Definitely, the best kebobs and lamb shank in NYC! Do not forget to bring your own wine.
