(August 25, 2022, 8:21 pm)Had the Pinocchio on seeded semolina and it was honestly...great! Bread was fresh and toothsome but not too chewy, the spread was tasty and the components (mozz, prosciutto, etc) were generous and seemingly good quality. Sure there's a markup but you can't do much better if you need to bring something for a long train ride.
