This is one of the best bowl of beef noodle soup you will get in NYC. A mom and pop shop that’s been around for a while and continues to deliver quality, delicious meals.
I’ve had almost their entire menu and the beef noodle soup, spicy chicken cold noodles, and chili wontons are what I consistently get in rotation.
Very flavorful, full of spices, and tender, melt in your mouth meat.
Burp bowl is amazing, what a great find. It’s a small tucked away place that makes the most delicious, warming and addicting noodle soups. Burp Bowl is simple straight-up good cooking, with a small but carefully chosen menu that hits the spot. Perfect for a quick eat or grab-and-go.
I will definitely be going back. Again, and again, and again.
Omg, the food was amazing here! I had the intestine rice noodle soup, and my bf got the spicy chicken fried rice! And we got the pork dumplings in chili oil to share. It was all so good! I haven't had good food like that in a while. It's a small, cute little home cooked spot with minimal seating, so just be aware of that! But no complaints here. It's definitely worth a try!
This place is legit. I got the mapo tofu. That's the first thing I always get at a Chinese noodle place to see if I like it. I've spent a lot of time in China and I'm always looking for new places. I was playing at the cutting room and looked for a place for dinner before the show. I was surprised to find this place in the neighborhood. An odd place for a real Chinese place. I was blown away. Spicy. Numbing. Great flavor. Next time I'm in the area I'll definitely go back.
Undoubtedly the best fried rice I’ve ever had. And my friend’s vegetable noodle soup was fresh, rich, and tasty. Something that takes skill to do with vegetable based broths! Very small and unpretentious from the outside but upon entering I was greeted by a lovely couple taking orders and chopping fresh vegetables within sight from their little kitchen. Great food, very affordable prices and the taste of authentic, culturally diverse cuisine. Exactly what one wishes to find when coming to New York City.
