What a meal!!! My first time having vegan and everything was on point. The steak and calamari were off the hook. Not to mention the refreshing drinks. The ambiance brought so much warmth. Exceptional, excellent, delicious are just a few words to say the least to describe the food.Amazing staff to include Phillipe the manager and Charles who provided great service. This place is a must go. The price was right. Loved it . My girlfriend who is vegan has visited numerous vegan restaurants, gave this spot all the winnings. I shall return . Great going Coletta. You guys rock.
I hardly wright reviews. Coletta in one word is GREAT! The entire staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were driving back into town from a long drive, didn’t arrive at the restaurant until 11:25 (5 mins before they close). They took our order immediately and the food came out promptly. We came across them on social media and couldn’t wait for them to open. The food is incredible and full filling. This will become a new favorite. Highly recommend to anyone Vegan or not.
Amazing Experience! An inviting environment. Tootsie, our server, gave great recommendations and she was so attentive. The restaurant has a very modern setting. However, the true winner here is the incredible food! The Alfredo was so creamy and light. The Pepperoni Pizza was just right. The crust was perfect. As a vegan who enjoys trying vegan restaurants and spots, Coletta joins that incredible list of PLACES to enjoy and have an amazing meal! Congrats!
Everything about the Coletta experience was absolutely amazing. The food was wonderful. The design and the ambience was so beautiful. My husband and I are not vegan and enjoyed every dish thoroughly. The servers are welcoming and knowledgeable. I couldn’t recommend this beautiful place enough for a nice night on the town.
The setting is lovely, warm and intimate without being fussy. Service is definitely with a smile! My only problem was deciding what to order - and I didn't go wrong. The fig & "prosciutto" pizza was amazing - definitely what I will order when I go back! Great flavors with a great dough - the spinach & artichoke pizza was also pretty great! We tried the Salt Roasted Beet Salad and Potato & "Ricotta" Gnocchi and also enjoyed both the presentation and flavors. Finally, the Lasagna - generous portion - ideal for sharing! In our group, there were no vegans, 1 vegetarian, 1 pescatarian and 4 carnivores. We all enjoyed our meal and and no one felt deprived! Bravo!
