Great place and better service fast and friendly

If you're going to order a drink with LESS Ice, be prepared to also get LESS drink (coffee) as well. An employee has done this twice here before when I order having me to go back and ask him to fill it up. Just because someone ask for less ice, doesn't = less drink. The employee was nice, but it would be even nicer to not give less drink if less ice was asked, unless a customer asks. This is the only DD that I've encountered this, that does that... That's the only downside at this Morningside Heights, Manhattan location, other wise not much.

My main complaint is the customer service in most NYC Dunkin stores.
This Dunkin has very polite and attentive employees. My drink order is always correct, fixed in a timely manner and the store is clean. If there is an unsatisfied customer, the staff has gladly fixed the issue without debating as in most stores.

Great cozy Dunkin’ spot to enjoy ya favorite drink or snack. Music here is especially good. You won’t be bored here either. Service is also good with average serving speed.
