I actually enjoy their food and customer service, fantastic area nearby to my residence. The cashiers are always very nice. Would recommend to others.

There was no wait despite it being prime dinner time. The waiters were quick to take our order and to serve us. The ramen was made quickly and was aesthetically pleasing. The ramen was delicious. It satisfied my cravings. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back here.

This place is good but they changed the menu and now it's a bit over priced honestly.

If you happen to be in Union Square and you’re craving for some ramen, this place is definitely worth trying! The broth is rich, noodles are fresh and not over cooked, and toppings are perfectly kept to a minimum.Space is very comfortable and I like the idea of having an old sewing machine stand as a foot of the table! I think it is very unique. Service was very good and items on the menu are priced right. It is accessible to the subway. I highly recommend this place. ❤️❤️.

Ichiba is a great ramen spot without all the fuss. The interior was cozy and spacious. The service was quick and attentive and the food itself was delicious and filling!
