A group of friends and I recently visited Kjun and were blown away. More than one of us who had spent significant time in New Orleans felt confident saying that it was probably the best fried chicken we've ever had. The sauce alone makes the trip worth it. The Grilled Corn Maque Choux Salad was perfectly sweet for a summer's day and easily enough for two to split as a side. We had the pleasure of saying hi to Chef Jae Jung when we picked up our food and were lucky enough to get a complimentary watermelon salad, which also got stunning reviews from the group. Any sandwiches, grits, or jambalaya we ordered were out of this world. There's no doubt—we'll be back.

Go for the oysters and shrimp. Sleek watermelon salad. A mix of creole Korean just enough to tickle your tongue. Yum yum yum

This takeout spot is amazing, and Chef Jae Jung is SO nice!! She took the time to chat with us, and she even offered us a complementary gift of kimchi tomatoes (which were delicious with the right amount of spice). You can tell she really cares about the food and each customer that comes through.

My friend and I split the Shrimp & Oyster Poboy and it was the perfect amount for both of us. We also got the watermelon salad, the honey brown butter chips, and the green tea drink. Everything was packed perfectly and transported well. We did forget to ask for utensils/napkins since we were so excited & hungry, but we made do and the overall experience was lovely. Thank you again Chef Jae! :)

Incredible food. Chef Jae killing it. Gumbo and fried chicken are both best I've ever had. Extremely thoughtfully packaged for takeout as well. Must try!

Completely fabulous. Shake up your usual dinner delivery with these inventive flavors that really make your tastebuds sing. Don’t miss the Ribs, they are sticky sweet and spicy, the perfect bite. 5 stars!
