Came to new York on the weekend, and stumbled upon this place google. Absolutely amazing service, it’s pretty good too! We love our waitress Jay! She was on it and she’s so passionate about what she does. It was really nice to see you. She works entire outdoor area seamlessly. Great job! She’s a keeper for sure
We got avocado toast and Chicken & Bacon Waffle. It was delicious after a workout! Gave a 4 star as I felt the quality wasn’t good enough for the price and they don’t take reservations.
The avocado toast was good but tasted more like what I would expect out of a Mexican restaurant with the ingredients.
Chicken waffle was seasoned well but a bit over fried.
We found Mom's on google when looking for a good weekday breakfast and they serve brunch all day and so we thought it sounded like a good deal. Plus, any place with an aggressively rainbow vibe is my kind of establishment.
The decor was adorable. So kitschy and a lovely tribute to TV moms and pop culture in general. Our server was Jade and they were absolutely incredible. Cheerful, informative, and chatty. I loved it!
I had the mac and cheese pancakes, and they were an actual work of art. The combination of the cheese sauce and the spicy honey made them perfect. I could only eat half of what they brought me, but it wouldn't surprise me if that's a common situation because the portions are so large.
The coffee was great and the bathrooms were large and clean. This has made our list of 'every time we're in the city' places going forward!
I had lunch here with a group and was seated in the outdoor section. They tried to make their outdoor section cozy, but I definitely needed to keep my jacket on.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming! The food was great, above average bar and brunch food. Good wings, good burgers and cheese curds.
I’ve tried both the Astoria and Hell’s Kitchen locations, and I’d say the Astoria location had more of a party brunch atmosphere (my group and I had a BLAST) but the Hell’s Kitchen location still had quality food and friendly service.
We were greeted and felt very welcomed at the door. Allen was our server and was amazing!! He gave us great recommendations on drinks and food. Allen was very friendly and courteous and provided extraordinary customer service. I would recommend this place to any and everyone. Their Mimosa was made perfectly. Next time I visit NYC I will be back.
