I just tried the pumpkin spice waffles and WOW, WOW!! They’re so good. I also tried the snickers shake which was mind blowing (in my mind I was eating a snickers🤣). Excellent customer service and I liked that they are very clean and taking precautions during COVID. Can’t wait to visit again, thank you On the Spot!!

Amazing. Their shakes and teas are delicious! I tried their donuts and waffle for the first time today and I was blown away. I NEVER write reviews so me writing this should tell you a lot! the donuts taste way better than those unhealthy donuts out there. I recommend 100%.

I absolutely love visiting On the spot!! Its in the middle of a very busy street in Washington Heights where there is lots of unhealthy eating options. Their shakes and teas give me all the energy I need to avoid making those bad eating choices when I’m on the go. So grateful to have them as an option not to mention the awesome atmosphere in this place. The best customer service!!!! And if you have time why not kill two birds with one stone get your hair done and nails since there is a salon right upstairs lol! Super convenient

There so much I can say about this place and it still might not do it justice. I’ll start by saying the staff is beyond amazing. Their energy is one of a kind and super contagious. After a long day of work or a morning workout you feel welcomed and as part of the family. Their recommendations are on point based on your likes and what you’re in the mood for. Some even make things on the spot that become a hit within seconds. Their nutritional tips are also on point and have really helped me become more conscious about the choices I make. My favorite thing is how we have become instant friends. From asking about each others days to discussing how class was or even how the family is doing. The team has really become family and there is no price to that. I recommend this spot for first class nutritional tips and drinks, a workout to remember, and for some genuine good company. Lastly I will end by saying that my 9 year old niece has become a fanatic of the kids class offered and the pay day shake. She has genuinely enjoyed being around the staff.

PS. If you haven’t tried Ana’s protein donuts you need to do ASAP. It will change your life FOREVER!
