The food and service is excellent here. The staff is very attentive and courteous. I truly appreciate good service. The food is always on point!

The staff is the best thing about the place. Seating is comfortable, all that. The food was worse than I remember it to be. I found mine inedible. Again I don't blame the staff. They're friendly and doing their best.

Very nice service .. few tables to sit around for a quick cold coffee or a snack. We had a cold frappe and some croissant and loved it . Liked the tablet based ordering system all over the shop.. satisfied customer .. well done guys

One of the cleanest and most well managed Panera's I have been to. The place looked clean even after hit by the lunch time madness. There are also plenty of kiosks available to avoid any lines.

Although I can totally understand the idea behind it to deter squatters, the only con is no outlet plugs.

Some of the staff is just not accommodating... I was in a rush to use the restroom which was occupied for way too long and I communicated that with the person checking the orders so they could give me my order (which was ready). Yet, she took her sweet time and ignored the fact that I needed to leave to go find another restroom.

The food itself is always good though I'm my experience
