I celebrated a lifer's birthday here on Saturday. There's a really nice atmosphere that feel upscale. I had the Chilean Sea Bass and a Dunkel. The fish could have been cooked a bit longer, but everything was very tasty overall. We had a really nice time.
Recommendations: Pekking Duck, Shrimp Dumplings
Hybrid of fun and classy vibe. I would recommend before a night out in the city, birthday, or date.
The Baked Alaska is also quite a show, but the ice cream was over-frozen
Possibly the best Pepper crusted steak I've ever had in my life! This place is absolutely amazing and a must when in NYC
Bathrooms were disgusting and our server was just awful. Ended up paying for multiple drinks we didnt order, when we tried to fix this the server couldn't hear us because of the music. The food was delicious but honestly way over priced for what it's actually worth. I've had dishes of the same caliber at half the price. You're definitely just buying the brand here.
Chinese restaurant as nightclub. Nicely prepared basic American Chinese food, pretty ordinary. If you are older than about 28, pray to be seated in the side room without 150 decibel music throbbing. Not sure how anyone can enjoy a meal in front of the speakers, much less enjoy a conversation. Nice decor and the smartly dressed staff make you feel like you’re somewhere special.
