With its dimmed lights, professional staff and modern decor, Saigon Market provides an experience that will definitely impress your dates, coworkers, or relatives.

Their extensive menu is filled with staple Asian comfort foods such as dumplings and noodles, but also with an array of mouthwatering dishes in true Vietnamese fashion.

In terms of drinks, the Tropical Passion blended both the freshness and sweetness of tropical fruit with the sourness of the alcohol marvelously.

$65 for 4 drinks is on the more expensive side, but it is more than justified by the quality of the establishment.

It's not a authentic Vietnamese place, a Chinese version of Vietnamese food. The price is very good, and the servers are mostly nice. The pork chop is the closest thing to real Vietnamese food, and everything else is acceptable. This is a great lunch spot for nearby office people and college students.

Fast food. Almost as fast as McDonald’s. I’ve been going here since when they had other locations in upper east and west side. Too bad they all closed down. Whenever I have visitors from out of town, I take them here. When I meet my friends from local, we meet here. I took my non-Asian friend here once, and soon she took whole family here for their year-end gathering. Saigon Market is a staple in this area. You see all sorts of people: locals, tourists, families, couples etc. Their food is consistent, portion’s generous and priced well. [Taking one star off for their bathrooms; almost everything’s broken and they’re not fixing them.]

Saigon Market, what a pleasant place to go and have a nice time of food & conversation, why 03 stars???...
    ...well here it goes:
    FOOD.
Food is always on point and with a very balanced flavors that wakes up your curiosity of keep trying, very delicate dishes with the correct side dishes served at the correct amount & temperatures.
    DRINKS.
Very interesting list of drinks, exotic & conventional, from refreshing to hard throat tasters.
    PRICiNG.
really fair under the lower cost I will say.
    ATMOSPHERE.
    CALM NICE LIGHTING, SPACIOUS, COMFORTABLE...
    SERVICE.
Well, here is the reason for the two missing stars, the waiters are really TERRIBLE, no advice no knowledge of what they serve, no idea of what is going on in the bar, if you don't know the place, be ready to find even a hint of "rude" attitude from the waiters. if you have not been before with some one to guide you at the dining room or the bar and don't know the menu, you are lost, and the worst? you are on your own.

This place have all the potential to be a BOOM, just need a change of ALL the waiters (just keep the Barman and the chef please), the only kind knowledgeable teams, they are the "always ready" kind of person in the front of the house.

Saigon Market, was my go too restaurant, but this is my first visit in about 5 years. I saw plenty of reviews about the beef dish and was excited to try it. Usually when we eat here we only order the pork chops, Pha Thai or the fried fish. I regretted ordering the beef, it was very lean and chewy. My wife ordered the pork chops and it was better than ever. I great place to have dinner and drinks. If you're a true beef lover, don't waste your time and money on the beef dish get the pork chops or fried fish instead.
