Skylight Diner

The Skylight Diner has been a staple for my family for 13 years. The best food ever, the best service ever. There has never been a time were we were disappointed with our meals or the service. If you are a native New Yorker or visiting our great city, you must check out the Skylight Diner.

Perfect place to enjoy food + friends. Menu is so varied, you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Food was delicious and fresh and our waitress, Vickie, was wonderful. She was so welcoming and friendly. And, had the greatest personality. We will definitely return and ask for Vickie to be our server.

The Chipotle grilled chicken wrap is amazing and tasty. We did two meals with one wrap, well stuffed. The time between ordering and taking away is very short. The personnel offers a warm welcoming and respects our demands (whole wheat wrap or without this or that)

Go there and you won't be disappointed.

Nice Diner. I ordered a hamburger Well done and nearly choked on it because it was so dry. The barbecue sauce was well....TERRIBLE! the fries were good and the atmosphere was cool. I should have ordered breakfast because it seemed to be excellent.

So grateful for this diner. I got to NY at 5am on bus after long hours and had to wait for another bus that did not leave until 9:30am.
It was so cold and I couldn’t find a place where to able to get away from the cold , eat and wait for the bus. The guys at the diner took me and my service animal and my bf in and made us feel like home . Our first time in NY and the first please we visit and our experience was very comforting.
