Service was excellent, friendly attentive bartender, prompt service, very happy staff. really good onion rings. good soups. They have a nice balcony

Typical Irish Bar in midtown. It’s my go to place for a drink or 2 when biz is slow. The $12 lunch special is a good deal considering the area. There are many TV’s on the wall with various sporting events. Is it my imagination or is there a soccer game being played somewhere in the world 24/7?
In addition, Emma (the daytime bartender is great) fast efficient and friendly! John Taffer would be proud!

If you haven't visited Slattery's Pub in Midtown NYC, you haven't experienced true Irish hospitality! Great atmosphere, staff and service! The food and drinks are just as good. I have had many group functions here and they take care of their customers. Highly recommended if you want a private party or just to grab a bite in your busy day. Lovely pub!

Large food portions. Tap and bottled beer list is unimaginative. Ambiance, particularly on the second floor balcony is amazing and makes the whole experience. Food was above average for a pub. Service was borderline atrocious. Initial server gave us menus and never came back. We had to then track down another server, who while very friendly, was almost nearly as unattentive as the first server. Food prices were reasonable, particularly for the large portions.

Average bar. Othing bad about it but nothing special. It's a good place to go I'd you are in the area and want to go to a regular NY State sports bar near Penn station. The staff is friendly and the entrance is wheelchair accessible and the bathrooms are wheelchair accessible as well. There are drink specials and happy hour specials every day which is nice. I would visit this location again if I was in the area.
