It's ok, but while the staff tried, our server forgot one of our drink orders which was needed. The food was ok, nothing to write home about. We ordered shrimp and lobster pasta and potato skins. Generous enough meal, but probably more expensive than it should have been. Our server became interested as we were finishing up. No doubt for the gratuity. It was Ok as an experience, not outstanding

Always great times when I visit this restaurant with friends and family. Food is great and can be quiet depending on the time of day. Saddened to find out my fiancé's and my favorite dessert the Tennessee Whiskey cake isn't being served anymore (we would share it along with the brownie). Ah well! Hope it makes a comeback one day.

Decent at best especially for a place located in Penn Station. I went at lunchtime on a Friday and I waited about five minutes before anyone showed me to a seat. The overall look is what you would expect from this chain. It is nothing fancy and needs a bit of remodeling. My waitress was very friendly and attentive. I waited quite a while before my food was served and the place didn't look too busy when I ordered. Things picked up afterwards. I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger and Fries and I must say that it was pretty good. My burger was nicely cooked and very juicy. Fries had a bit of flavor too. My Mango Henny Lemonade really hit the spot as well. The prices though were a bit steep. I guess it is because they know a lot of people will stop in before catching their trains for a quick (or in this case not so quick) bite. Overall, I would give this location another chance....especially if I have plenty of time to kill.
