UNO Pizzeria & Grill

Great. I know its a chain but we stopped by on our way to the museum. Staff was prompt and friendly. Food was good and it was affordable. I would recommend this location to anyone

The food and the service was good. The place was clean and well organized. However, the place was a little hot, the AC was off and since it’s summer, it is super important to have AC.

Food was wonderful but the service was lacking. We saw our waiter only three times- once for the drink order, once for the delivery of the drinks and to take order, finally when the food came. The food came all together with the appetizer. Our entire table of ten was out of drinks without a single refill and we had to go find the waiter to ask for the check. The place was not packed at the time either.

Went here for lunch while visiting Natural History Museum. It’s really walking distance. Went here around 3 pm on Sunday & still to have steady flow of people visiting this location. Got seated very fast, very efficient service. Ordered thin crust Hawaiian pizza for the family.

Their service is good, but the wait times were very long. Plus, there is no place to wait inside. We were freezing cold while waiting for our table. We understand that COVID prevents pile-ups of people, but the place felt large enough to accommodate at least a few people waiting for a table. Other than that, food was pretty good. A nice place to have pizza after being out with the kids.
