Wow. I am only sorry it took me so long to try this place. I kept hearing/reading mixed reviews & didn't want to risk ordering.

I just received my first order a few minutes ago & lemme tell ya: AMAZINGLY GOOD.

I didn't ask for a ton of changes/substitutions, but the few I made were honored.

It's a little pricey, but you get a TON of food. We ordered a wrap & a bowl. There's enough for more than 4 meals all together.
I also ordered a couple different types of "dough" (individual wraps) with unique flavors I wanted to try -- and they arrived smelling absolutely mouthwatering.

Food arrived quickly, hot, and very well packaged.

My only criticism is that if I don't ask for plastic utensils, they should not be included in the bag. Also included was a nice quality paper plate I did not want -- but at least a heavy paper plate can be composted or recycled.
Please stop the plastic waste. They are supposed to be "on request". And especially shouldn't be included if you specify NOT to have them.

I LOVE the taste. I got the Ghost wrap and was so happy my friend found this place.

Freshly prepared wraps, great service. Vegan options available. Also great to share for a lighter meal while exploring NYC

This is probably the best wrap ever but you have to buy it knowing that it will come out wrong. I don’t know if everyone at the place is new or if it’s something else. You’ll find out that you payed for extras or asked for exclusion and they will likely not be followed. If you’re up for something good regardless of specifics, go for it. I you are picky or have dietary restrictions, this might not be your place (which is odd because of their options).

The food itself is really good, but the service is alarmingly poor. I ordered takeout yesterday and didn’t receive any of the modifications requested or the sauce I ordered on the side. There was also a shrimp tail still attached. While I was disappointed, the wraps were so good that I wanted to give another try and went in person today. It took almost 20 minutes for the food to be made despite the store being empty. They didnt understand what I was asking for, even though it was how the menu lists the items out. At one point I had to show them Seamless so they knew what I wanted and how much it was. Another gentleman came in and asked what a wolf wrap was and he was told that they thought it was just a regular wrap. I got home and they ended up forgetting my modifications again, despite me going over it so many times with the cashier. It’s my mistake for not watching but I assumed after the back and forth during ordering it would be clear. I dont know if I’ll be back at this point. The service really needs to improve if they want to stay in business.
