Steak Stone & Sushi

Food is usually very good but some nights it’s subpar. Depends on who’s cooking it. I found glass in my takeout one time and called to complain- they took my address and said they would send me a gift card in the mail to make up for it but they never did. If they hadn’t lied about making things right I would have a lot more respect for the business.

Great sushi place.The food was excellent and our server Amanda was awesome! We would dine here again. I wish I could give this place 4.5 stars! We loved the avocado fries, the viking and the little delicious roll.

I was pretty excited to try this place out, mainly for the unique experience of the steak stone. I ordered the sampler platter, which we all enjoyed and thought was very good. I also ordered the Tom Yum soup, which was delicious. For my meal I ordered two sushi rolls. Both were flavorless and disappointing. My mom ordered from the Hibachi menu. She ordered her steak medium rare but was brought to the table well done. We ordered kids steak teriyaki for my son. The steak was incredibly tough and dry. He didn’t eat his steak and ended up eating steak from my moms plate. When our server finally came to check on us we brought it to our servers attention. He did apologize and asked if we wanted it redone, but at that point everyone was done eating. Here we had a meal that wasn’t edible but we were still charged for it. I have never dined at a restaurant where you were still charged for something you couldn’t eat.

Congratulations on your upcoming 5th anniversary. I so enjoy the food, drink, camaraderie of the staff. I feel welcome whether by myself or with a group. Love to bring out of town Co-workers in for a visit. They enjoy it and wish the "had one" in their town. Thank you!

Went there for Mother's Day and didn't have to wait long even though we didn't make reservations. The staff was great, our server was awesome and very attentive to what we needed. The food was excellent as always and myself, my oldest daughter and my mother were offered free fried ice cream for our Mother's Day dessert..even though we were stuffed we couldn't say no to their fried ice cream! Steak, Stone & Sushi is always excellent in my opinion and one of the best restaurants I've ever been to.
