    Comfortable rooms...Beds were great...staff was great... Free breakfast was great to
    .... I don't have a bad word to say... They made us comfortable and welcome .. the staff was particularly friendly and helpful....Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else next time to Niagara Falls

    Everyone there was so nice and helpful!! Yolanda who did the breakfast everyday did an excellent job. Michelle who helped also was great!! They both were so friendly and may our stay perfect. Our rooms were clean and the bed slept great. We’ll definitely stay there again.????????????

    Great king size room, comfortable, pool. Good breakfast better than expected. Needed some fresh fruit salad but they had apples oranges and bananas.
    Front desk was pleasant.

    Staff was super friendly and our room was always clean and fresh when we came back from sightseeing. They have a small souvenir shop. The breakfast are really good. If we come back will definitely be staying here again! "The Kelly R Fan Club" ????????

    I didn’t stay there but I want to thank the front desk staff, both night and morning for their involvement in returning my sons lost wallet. While at Niagara Falls watching a fireworks show, my son lost his wallet. Someone staying at the hotel found it at the park and returned it to the Hotel. They found a way to contact us and we now have it. Thank you so much to the guests that took the extra effort to bring the wallet back and to the front desk personnel that went the extra mile to contact us. If you treat non guests this well, I’m positive your guests are treated superbly.
