Remember everybody for fish fry see Kimberly Platt Fridays at Loxstock & Barrel for the best fish fry in town.

My young family (wife and 2 kids) and I were looking for a taste of local flavor. Our BnB host recommended L&B and we’re so glad we checked it out. While probably not your prototypical family restaurant (I would classify it as a townie saloon that serves food), they welcomed us with open arms and made sure we were comfortable.

The food was excellent. My wife had the beef on wick (loved it), my son the fried chicken dinner (a big hit) and I the buffalo wings (so good.)

Many thanks to our hosts and I hope many others give this place a shot on their visit for a local taste of WNY flavor.

Awesome! Great place for the more mature and quiet crowd. No rowdies! Finally, a refreshing atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy a few drinks without having to scream over top of the music or some obnoxious loud mouth. Much cleaner than most pubs. Owners and bartenders are wonderful and pleasant to talk with. This is probably my personal favorite bar in Niagara Falls, NY.

The interior of the bar was nice. I hear they have great food, but didn't get a chance to try anything. It took forever to get a drink at the bar and a Tito's and soda was way overpriced. Probably won't be going back there for cocktails. Maybe I'll get some takeout from there eventually though.
